Return Policy:

At Syedan Style, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. Please review our return policy outlined below:

1. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
  • The product delivered to you is different from what you ordered.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

2. Prior to delivery, each item undergoes meticulous examination to guarantee that it matches the description and meets our quality standards. Therefore, if the delivered product matches the description and is free from defects, we cannot accept returns.

Syedan Style has shown quality in pictures and all the pictures are originally clicked by Team Syedan Style only so the pictures which is shown on the website are the real pictures of all the articles. After Delivery Customer can not say that he or she does not like the quality so make sure to check all pictures carefully and understand the quality before placing any order. We do check and record video before shipping any article so if customer will try to damage any article then big fine will be charged.

3. Size-related returns:

  • If you have selected a specific size and receive the exact size you chose, returns based solely on size preference will not be accepted as this is considered a customer error.
  • However, in certain cases, we do consider size-related returns. If the size you received does not fit as expected, you may request a return. Please note that in such instances, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges associated with returning the item. A flat fee of ₹500 - ₹600 will be applied for size-related returns.

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue (different product, defect, size-related concern. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Return eligibility: 

  • The returned item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns will be subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item does not meet the return eligibility criteria, it will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Refunds and replacements: 

  • Upon approval of your return, you may choose between a refund or a replacement item, subject to availability.
  • Refunds will be processed using the online payment method on the day of receiving the returned item.

Exceptions:

  • Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other specific circumstances. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for clarification.
