You can easily track your shipment directly through the Delhivery App.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING NUMBER ON YOUR WHATSAPP THEN

Download the Delhivery app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Log in using the same mobile number you provided while placing your order.
Access your shipment details and track your order status in real time.

2. WhatsApp & Tracking Updates

You will also receive tracking details and delivery updates via WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

If you haven't provided a WhatsApp-enabled number, don't worry! Simply log in to the Delhivery app using your registered mobile number to track your shipment.

3. Important: Stay Available During Delivery

Please keep your phone switched on and remain available for calls during the expected delivery period.

In some remote and rural areas, delivery executives may occasionally be unable to contact customers properly. In rare cases, your parcel may remain at the local delivery hub due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.

To avoid any delivery delays, we strongly recommend:

Keep checking your shipment status on the Delhivery app.
Stay available on your registered mobile number.
Check for any missed delivery calls or delivery notifications.

4. Self-Pickup Option

If your shipment reaches your local Delhivery delivery hub but delivery is unsuccessful due to communication issues, you may contact the local delivery office and enquire about collecting your parcel yourself.

Please confirm the availability of your shipment with the hub before visiting.
